List of the beaches are

• San Juan Beach -One of the Best Beaches of Alicante is the San Juan Beach.This is one of the widest beach and has much space for good number of people.It constitutes of the Playa San Juan beach that is around 7 km and the Mucho Vista that is 4 km long.

• Cabo de las Huertas Beach -It separates the south-facing Postiguet and Albufereta beaches from the east-facing Playa San Juan. The Island of Tabarca is a must-see if you have time.It is also one of the nudist beaches of Alicante.

• Albufereta Beach
  Going Northeast, we quickly arrive at Playa de la Albufereta, named after the small coastal lake or 'albufera' that once existed on the spot. This lake used to have its own harbour around which the Roman-Iberian village of Lucentum, the origin of modern Alicante, sprang up. This beach, boasting good facilities, enjoys a privileged situation, sheltered from the currents and is an excellent place to practise water sports and swim in safety.

• Almadraba Beach
  Continuing along the coast, we come across another sandy beach, the Playa de la Almadraba. Smaller in size than the other beaches, it is used almost exclusively by the residents of the surrounding complexes.

Playa Postiguet is a wide stretch of golden sand with a promenade that runs its length. Watched over by lifeguards and with children's play areas scattered along it length - it's a safe place where all the family can relax.

This beach is also the centre of many fiestas - particularly the Hogueras de San Juan (St John's bonfire) when people gather to watch the fantastic firework display.
